How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the enquire page or give us a call to obtain a personalized quote for your cleaning needs.

Does someone has to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! You can get a quote and book your cleaning online.

Is your company insured?

Yes, Smart Cleaning is a fully insured cleaner provider.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

In the unlikely event, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the cleaning being completed and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation.

How do I pay for cleaning services?

You have the option to pay in advance half of the amount by bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation, and the rest when the cleaning is completed or in advance fully.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A LAST-MINUTE BOOKING?

We can’t guarantee same-day bookings. However, depending on the day, we will do our best to meet this requirement if possible.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s entirely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, you have to let us know how to access the property.

DOES THE CLEANING TEAM ARRIVES AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow half an hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In the unlikely scenario where our cleaners will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

Cleaning Questions

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

We are providing all cleaning supplies except for Deep Cleaning Services, and After Builders where if you don’t have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge.

HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR CARPET TO GET DRY?

You will be able to use the room straight away as you will be supplied with free plastic overshoes. Drying time will depend on the type of carpet, the average drying time is around 4-6 hours during winter months and 2-3 hours during summer months.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

We will be sending at least two cleaners, but the number of cleaners will depend on the property size and availability.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
